Which hair straightener?
Sedu Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron (1';)
or the
yahoo Sedu Revolution Nano Ceramic Tourmaline Hair Styler
which one is better for my hair, and will straighten the best??
Im leaning towards getting the hair styler, because it can curl also. But any one who can give me some advice, it would be helpful!Which hair straightener?
I would advise you to get a GHD. I don't know about the other two. The GHD is magic! :)Which hair straightener?
Sorry i haven't heard of these.
Most people would suggest a GHD, but i still think that a remington is much better.
i would say to get the remington wet 2 straight
Which hair straightener is better? ?
i want to buy a new straightener seeing as my old one broke.
my hair is sort of thick, frizzy and really wavy. i dry it and then straighten it and it takes too long
which one of these would be the best ?
remington wet2dry or remington shine therapy?
or any other that you like ? Which hair straightener is better? ?
dont get a wet to dry one it fries your hair i have a chi ultra and it is perfectWhich hair straightener is better? ?
Do NOT get a Chi.
Do NOT listen to them!
Chi rips off the ends of your hair, sure it straightens it but is it really worth getting un-even F***ed up hair? NO!
Chi is an expensive piece of sh*t and it breaks and cracks SOOO easily!
I ahve BLACK PEOPLE hair and Remington wet2dry works wonders! I dont even have to greese my hair before putting that stuff in!
My hair is shiny, smooth, straight, and bouncy.
I love Remington.
CAUTION: do NOT get a CHI STRAIGHTNENER!
GHD! And they have some beautiful limited edition ones out at the moment. I think it is worth it taking longer. I don't know if it will work on your hair because you say its really thick but I use my hairdryer to straighten my hair. I used to use straightners and they started to really ruin my hair so a hairdryer may be a better idea?
Get a CHI. Don't waste your time with cheap, crappy ones. Even though the CHI is expensive, it is worth it. It has a lifetime guarantee and it doesn't damage your hair like the other straighteners do. And if it breaks all you have to do is send like 30 dollars to get a new one.
It's a great investment.
The chi is the best straighten, but i have hair just like you and i have the wet2dry and it works amazing. But just a little tip straightening your hair in sections like do the bottom first then the top really helps keep straight and looks better.
I HAVE FOUND THAT CEMENT WORKS BEST
chi ultra
neither get the chi it works wonders. Trust me its great!!!!!!

I'm replacing my Chi straightener that I dont like, and I've narrowed it down to two straighteners. Do you know which one works better? Which one I should get? I have long curly/wavy hair and i want the iron that will get my hair straightest fastest and stay that way for a day.
Here are the two im deciding on:
http://www.folica.com/FHI_Platform_Pi_d4/a>
http://www.folica.com/Solia_Tourmalin_d1/a>
THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Which hair straightener should i get?
second one works faster for curly hair. but the pink ones great and really makes your hair stay straight for awhile (if your hair curls its self after you straighten it). so depends on your hair . if you have thick hair second one, thin hair first one.Which hair straightener should i get?
both brands are really good.
but i'd recommend to get the Solia
cause they last much longerr
My friend has the pink one, the first one, and it works great.
I have the Remmington Wet 2 Straight which works on dry or wet hair GREAT. Its only 30 bucks at Walmart. :)
Try one of the newer TIGI Bedhead hair straighteners. They work great and your hair wont curl back up or become wavy.

Which hair straightener should I get???!!!?
1st one: http://www.sallybeauty.com/accusilver-fl/a>
2nd one: http://www.sallybeauty.com/Hot-N-Silky-L/a>
yeah the 2nd is cuter but like what about the product? Which is a better straightener overall?
THANKS SOOOO MUCH!!Which hair straightener should I get???!!!?
To be honest, you'd be better off investing in a pricier iron. You'll get better results and protect your hair. I swear by my paul mitchell. I'd recommend a paul mitchell or chi. They're going to cost you about $100. Its well worth the money though.
But if you have to choose one of those, the second one.Which hair straightener should I get???!!!?
The second one is a better choice because of the ceramic plates.
You should always invest in a straightener that has ceramic plates. Ceramic plates are better for your hair. They are less damaging, create a smoother line, and leave hair silky, and shiny. Although the second straightener is better, neither are good for your hair. plus, they are both pretty cheap. i would advise you to invest in a really good hair straightener, like a CHI, or a SOLIA. these are a bit pricey, but will last way longer, are less damaging to hair, ceramic coated, and you get more bang for your buck.
i've been through so many crappy $40 straigheners. i finally bought a good $100, and my hair is happy! so invest in something that will last!!
Everyone should have GHDs =]
I like the second one.

Which hair straightener is best??
okay i have been saving for about a month to two months and i have at least $150. i have been researching straighteners just as long. i have found alot of great reveiws on folica.com but i just can not choose. i have chosen between three straighteners though. SEDU, KIYOSEKI, orrrr best answer.
:)
so here's the details about my hair;
it is curly and extremely fine. when i flat iron it and walk outside it turns curly right away. (less that 10 seconds) no lie.
i live in southeren georgia where it is HUMID out the butt. so i need a flat iron that will straighten and not burn or frizz my hair. also will hold up against the humidity. thanks for helping!Which hair straightener is best??
no offence but you dont need an expensive straightener you need a cheap one but you need the right product to put through your hair when you blowdry it so it has that extra straight which i use like its a god -VO5 straightening stuff for 75ml tube only 2.29 from golo and it protects your hair + helps straighten it as it is heat activated. you can save some money for clothes and such by doing that..Which hair straightener is best??
the GHD, no question. whenever i go to the hairdressers, the people always used to straighten my hair for me for no extra cost but i never used to pay attention to which straightner they used, but they left my hair silky and totally smooth.
i finally found out that they were the GHD straightners and i got them for christmas.
theyre great for frizzy hair because they use ionic technology which reduces heat damage and protects your hair, and make it alot straighter.
definitely worth your buck :)
i use to have the same problem with my hair it got curly right when i went outside
now im not sure about the other straighteners you listed but i use a CHI and it works great it even comes with products that protect your hair that work great they normally cost around $138 to $160 dollars depending on what you get you should be able to pick one up at wal mart but heres a site that can tell you more about them http://www.ballbeauty.com/chi_ceramic_straightening_iron.htm
hope it works as good for you as it does for me!
i had exactly the same problem as you and i got the GHD, it is by far the best straightener and although pricey at around $300 they are worth every cent. it keeps your hair straight untill the next time you wash it and even when its humid it still stays straight.
okay I have a lot of hair , mine is wavy but definitely by far the best type of straightner is a ceramic I one.GHD are definitely the best but $150 won't be enough, new they are usually $250-$350. To make it stay straight for longer use sebastian laminates
Hope I can help
GHD'S they are amazing hair straightners. I have had them for a year and they are the best straightner in the world. You can also use them to curl as well. You need to buy protective spray though because they get pretty hot.
the GHD. i had the same problem, but thanx to the GHD i dont anymore. the GHD makes my hair soft, flat, shiny and look healthy. I LOVE IT. i dont know how i lived without it.
I have the sedu and the chi. Get the CHI.
GHD!

Which hair straightener should i get. .?
okay so i have like super curly hair medium length hair naturally, but i straighten it alot and i really need a better straightener.
i dont have much time to straighten it, so i want something that works good. and also something that keeps it straight so i dont have to worry about it frizzing up as much.
also if u can, tell me the approximate price of it.
thanks(:Which hair straightener should i get. .?
the best straightener in the market is the Sedu! it works like magic and cuts your straightening time in half! it also keeps your hair pin straight even on humid days.it lasts waaaaay longer than the Chi. you can buy it at Ulta for $120. but you can can buy it on folica dot com for 115, and it comes with an iron holder and a 2 year warrenty!
http://www.folica.com/Sedu_Ionic_Cera_r1/a>Which hair straightener should i get. .?
i have a remington tstudio tourmaline ceramic straightener that i purchased from target for about $36, and i love it!
it has 2.25 inch ceramic plates. the temperature setting goes from between 100-375 degrees (i usually don't set it higher than 140 degrees), and it heats up really quickly.
it leaves my hair soft, smooth, and silky and keeps it straight for the whole day.
i've tried the remington wet 2 straight slim and i have to say my tstudio is much better! the wet 2 straight felt like it was frying my hair and it just didn't meet the quality of the tstudio.
http://www.target.com/T-Studio-Tourmalin/a>
so i would really recommend you try the remington tstudio.
(oh and it comes with a 4 year warranty)
=]
First, use a lot of conditioner. The conditioner makes the hair go down. Then you should use Rusk anti curl freeze control.
NEVER get your straightners at a place like Wal-mart. Make sure its a medal hair straightner, I use BabyLiss Pro and it works great! A reallyy good one is the Sedu Ionic Ceramic Proffesional Straightener.
Here are some straighteners with the prices, =) Good Luck!
http://www.hairstraightening.net/Best-ha/a>
The ';Chi'; does WONDERS! I have used it and so has my friend with super curly hair. It makes your hair so smooth, shiny, and straight. Its truely the best one I have ever used. My hairdresser even uses it at her hair salon.
The average price is $59.99 - $79.99. But it is SO worth it! And most come with guarantees too.
Chi is overrated...I've gone through 2 of them and they SUCK.
I currently own 2 Tigi/Bedhead straightners...Im not sure what they are called, but it's from their line of hair appliances that light up. I have both the skinny one (it's blue) and the thicker one (it's pink)
They were like $60 each and work way better then the CHI straightners.
go to www.herstyler.com and see if you like those. i got the forever BUT i got mine from a mall. so the highest price the sales lady went was $100 and there worth more than that. like $175 or more depends on which one you get.
CHI is the best brand of hair straighteners... I've have mine for 3 years and it's wonderful. I believe they sell them at Target as well as many other places, including online. This is the one I have and it's listed at 85 dollars on amazon.com

okay well becuase your hair is curly your going to need a high powered straightner its goin cost alot but it's deff worth it.
EDIT: ^^Hehe, my friend typed this. I would suggest a Sedu. That's what I use and it's great!
well, i don't like the chi it really frys your hair. try this

Anything over $100 is probably a thumbs up.

i heard the ghd is a lot better, but also heard that the chi is great as well,
therefore, i bought them both and tried them out
so, i would suggest, for
straight hair/thin hair - chi
coarse/thick/curly/wavy/frizzy hair - ghd
wavy hair also works for chi as well
relaxed hair - chi
and permed hair - chi :)
hope that helpedWhich hair straightener is better?
chi .
i have a INstyler thouh .
their amazing and don't really damage hair .
you can get them at any '' as seen on t.v stores ''
GHD..
Well what did you think?
GHD for sure!
GHD is a really good hair straightner. If yu haven't boughten it yet, i would reccomend the Instyler though....i have one and they are really helpful!!
Chi!! Definetly, I have two and have never had any major problems. Plus whenever something happens all you do is send it in to the company and they send you a brand new one, and the Chi is the ONLY straightner that doesnt damage your hair. I am speaking from expierience considering i straighten my hair every day.
GHD is so so sooo much better.
Never heard of chi but I'm a religious GHD gal!
I recommend GHD.
CHI's are very overrated. They are ONLY ceramic coated, which means the coating will rub off or chip much sooner than a fully ceramic straightener.
CHI's are fixed temperature which means they can damage really fine hairs (like baby hairs). I got split ends on the hair closest to my face and the only way to avoid that is if you have a straightener with variable temperature.
You want a lower temperature for finer hair and higher temperature for thicker/coarse hair.
You can always search online for salons that provide either hair straightener and ask them to style it for you. This way you can see the results yourself without actually having to buy anything (although you should tip the hair styler that does your hair).
Hope that helps =)

Which hair straightener from the JCPenney salon?
They will be on sale, and I would like to buy one! But first! I need expert advice lol...
CHI 1'; original iron $119.99, on sale $89.99
CHI 1'; pink iron $119.99, on sale $89.99
ProTouch 1 1/4'; ceramic iron $38.99, on sale $29.24 (this one seems a
little cheap, i'd like to stick with CHI cuz i've heard great things
lol)
are these good prices? what's the difference between the pink iron and the regular iron? It'd be great if any of you answerers out there would have one or maybe both of them...
if it helps, i have short hair but I want to keep this one for a while (if it doesnt break) and i'm probably going to grow it out. and trust me, my hair grows FAST! lol...
this is my first one so I would also like some advice on straightening, like what i should put on so it doesnt burn, anything else, etc.
THANKS! ANSWERS ARE SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH APPRECIATED! sorry for making this question so long ;)Which hair straightener from the JCPenney salon?
CHI all the way, that is the only one I will use. All others have broken, burnt and killed my hair. And yes those are great prices. And with the difference between them I think just the color?Which hair straightener from the JCPenney salon?
get either the chi original or pink. i have the pink 1'; iron and I can curl my hair with it as well as straightening it. it works really well.

Which hair straightener do you recommend?
I hear Chi is really good, but it's a bit expensive, don't you think? My hair is between middle and thin and I have a straightener right now but it pulls out a lot of hair, it's pretty thick and takes forever to turn on. I'd also like to try to curl my hair but my current straightener doesn't do that. Which hair straightener brand do you think I should get [ price doesn't matter if it's worth how much it cost ] and which model?Which hair straightener do you recommend?
So I have pretty thin hair. And when it dires naturally its a bit wavy. I use this one right here...http://www.folica.com/Solia_Pink_Limi_d2/a> it doesnt take long at all to heat up! Maybe 30 seconds max? It works on my hair AND my friends and her hair is horribly thick. I got it last Easter and it's still going strong! I adore it. I use the temperature around 350 but it can go up too 450! GHD's are expensive too but they are really good. My friend I talked about up their ^ has it. Mine does the job just as good maybe better. Here's the site the straighteners are cheaper and the service is reliable. http://www.folica.com/appliances/straigh/a> :)Which hair straightener do you recommend?
i have a solia and its the besssst i ever had.
and it curls, but since i have asian that doesnt hold a curl, it only last for like 15 min lol.

I bought a WIGO from Ulta.com almost 2 years ago and it's still going as if I just bought it and it was only $40. Zoe is another brand that is inexpensive, they run about $30. It doesn't curl though. My aunt has a Colaris straightener, she got it at the mall like a year ago, it does everything, but it's $90. So If you can splurge for the colaris, I'd go for it but if not thw Wigo or Zoe is always a good choice.
you should get Chi. it even works on my curly hair.
I would opt for the new In Styler by Conair,it's two irons in one,one side for curling and the other side for straightening your hair,I think someone should of thought of this a long time ago,I have read some posts of this site and people seem to be happy with it,hope this helps you out,Tomb Raider.
Flat iron hair straighteners have been around for quite some time now. They are great for those times you are in the mood for a straight look, but what happens if you want to add a little volume to your hair while straightening? This is where a rotating hair straightener would come in handy.
i have very long thick curly hair , i would never consider anything except GHDs
i use the mk4锛宼hey never let me down
As a stylist that has about 15 straighteners I will be quite honest with you, splurge and go with the silver Paul Mitchell ion straightener, you won't have to buy another one for 5 years! I have used chi in the past but the pm one heats up within seconds and cuts down on your straightening time! I would have paid $5000 for this straightener I love it, I now give it as a gift for every holiday!
i really recommend a basic chi straightener, they are kinda expensive but worth it!!
they usually come with a warranty also.

Which hair straightener is better, the chi or hana?
I have fine curly hair it use to have a different texture more natural and smooth. but i mad the mistake of chemically altering it a long time ago and the texture has for ever been changed. My hair is finally curly again but now the weight is more light and wispy. and my hair is now fine instead of thick. its healthy now but completely different.
whenever i try to straighten my hair it only lasts for a couple minutes then the frizz comes back (I even use a heat protection spray, frizz ease brand) and it never really looks super healthy, natural, or shiny after i use my straightener let alone smooth. I use a simple conair ceramic technology flat iron. It sucks. It only works when i straighten my bangs which still takes me a while to do.
I want a new flat iron, one that will straighten my curly/ frizzy hair completely! making it appear smooth, healthy, shiny, and most of all natural (as if i was born with that type of hair instead of that ';obviously she TRIED to flat iron it'; appearance.) Oh and one that resists humidity to the max! (i live in florida) Not to mention one that wont take me an hour or longer to get the job done.
Ive researched the chi and hana flat irons and they both seem to have great reviews. but i dont know which one would provide me with all the qualities im looking for in a straightener.
Which is better?Which hair straightener is better, the chi or hana?
Definitely CHI:)Which hair straightener is better, the chi or hana?
I have the conair wet/dry straightener. It locks in moisture and keeping frizzy hair down. It also makes your hair look healthy and it looks like you just woke up with beautiful hair. It was very cheap, probley about $30 in Canada. I havn't heard about those straightners but get a straightner with ceramic that has moisture lock.
chi. it has really good reviews. i never heard of the hana.

Which hair straightener size is better??=]?
a 2'; or 1'; conair straightener!

http://www.amazon.com/Conair-1%2522-Infi/a>Which hair straightener size is better??=]?
1'; is more percise (for those hard to get spots)
2'; straightens your whole head faster (it covers more surface area)
I like 1'; better!Which hair straightener size is better??=]?
1 inch--i used to use a 2 inch now i use a 1 inch. with a 2 inch all u can do is straighten it, but with a 1 inch you can do a wide variety of curls, you can flip it, wave it, crimp it....oh and also straighten it =P
i prefer 1 inch because its easier to get smaller bits of hair wich straightens the layers more...
haha wow i sound confusing;;;
1 inch is better because it's lighter %26amp;%26amp; a lot easier to use !
I personally like the 1in better...it is lighter weight and so it is easier to hold for any lengh of time. It also is better to curl up the ends and such on your hair. It is easy to use.
i like the one inch better but i have both sizes
I personally like using a smaller straightener. It seems like you can do much more with them. Curl the ends, spiral curls, etc. And they're easier to manage with.
1'; you have way more comtrol with it and they seem to get hotter. plus they look cuter! (:cartridge

Which hair straightener will work perfectly in India?
you should try the CHI starighteners
they work amazingly and you can get them for about $100-300 dollars at chi.com
remember to get protector so your hair doesnt burn
good luck =]Which hair straightener will work perfectly in India?
GHD Styler.. they work pretty well and fit with any voltage so that they work the same everywhere in the world.Which hair straightener will work perfectly in India?
The Chi is amazing. I have had the Chi Turbo and the original Chi. I've bought probably 2 turbos because I think it is so much better than the original. Unfortunately they blow every time in India. I study here. The original holds up better but eventually blows at some point in time. I also bought a cheapo flat iron...didn't work as well. It was from the US as well. I had adapters and converters, transformers etc... It doesnt matter because out here the voltage is different and most importantly fluctuates all the time. When the current spikes your iron is sure to fry. I don't know what flat iron works yet here, but i am also looking so if you figure it out, give me a shout out.
GHDs they are brilliant. We bought ours from USA on Ebay even though they are available here, but they are cheaper out there and VERY good quality. If you use Lee Safford products to go with them, you should have good sucess
ok. wen u use a straightener, u have to plug it in. the electricity n everything is all different in india. trust me. im an indian. i've tried doing that. ur gn have to buy one where u live, they should have different types..unless u dont live in the city.

:/ Don't know.
MY hair is naturally straight and full. Hah.
conair
The upper model Vidal Sasson irons are absoultely amazing value imo.
conair, definitly. i have one and i looove it.
I personally never liked Conair, they just never really worked right for my hair. I did have a friend who had Vidal Season though and I tried her's out one day and it worked REALLY good. I think the chi is better than any straightener, but it's all up to you. But between those, the Vidal Season for sure :)
Gvp baby!
Conair. Btw it's Sassoon*
Do you mean vidal sassoon?
well neither work all that great, but if i had to choose, i'd pick conair, vidal sassoon just does not do the trick.

Which Hair Straighteners are good?
Hi!!! I really want to buy a hair straightener that is very good quality. Also, I would like it to be able to straighten wet hair, but I hard that this dries your hair out, and I've also heard that it doesn't even work well. Is this true? If so, I won't get one.
Thank you for all recommendations!! =)Which Hair Straighteners are good?
The BEST flat iron would be Sedu or T3 pro! Those are very good brands, better than chi if you ask me. The one I use also that flat irons wet hair, would be T3 pro, I got it from Sephora, for like 110 dollars. Its pink. Those 2 would be the ones I would reccomend.
The T3 def flat irons wet hair, but idk about the Sedu. Here r pics.
(T3 PRO) http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh/a> (it sells in stores)
i dont remember where i got the sedu at, but heres a link to purchase online (SEDU)
http://sedubeauty.com/sedu_flat_iron.htm/a>
Those flat irons are really good. (And i flat iron my hair wet sometimes, and the T3 works fine. But I dont flat iron it super wet, just a little damp, you arent supposed to straighten hair with wet wet hair. Only like damp, although I have not tried straightening with soaked hair. hm.)Which Hair Straighteners are good?
You should definitely get a Remmington wet to dry hair straightener. They are amazing, they work really really well...and aren't very expensive at all. My friend has a Chi which is supposedly the best straightener and mine works just as well as hers, only Chi's way more pricey.
So I reccomend the Remmington.
Straightners suck....
you want the best, you want a Ceramic Flat Iron, those things are amazing, I have a few.... there are wet to dry ones, but I wouldn't recommend it totally will dry your hair out and it takes longer too...
Seriously though, just go to the store and look for
-Ceramic Flat Irons-
no wet to dry straightener actually works :(
But chi works awesome! (:
i like the brands babyliss and GHD. they're really good. but kind of expensive.

Which hair straightener is better?
my hair is not that thick and ';bends'; I guess you could say to whatever ';shape'; fairly easily, it's naturally straight so after I wash it it's pretty easy to manage the only thing is I don't have time to wash my hair before school so I take a shower the night before
When I wake up it's usually going in all different directions.
So this is my question which straightener is the best that won't fry my hair but will also style it so it's doesn't look entirely flat?

Hi There,
I'm Samuelel, I work for a Francesco salon.
I haven't looked at them links that you have posted, I'm just going to tell you what i think will work good, which work great for whenever I straighten a clients hair.
GHDs, or BaByliss... There both pretty good and heat up fine to do the job. If you want the job done quicker, get a æ‹¢50+ pair of straighteners (recommended by me to get these makes).
Towards your heat worry, you shouldn't worry about them, just get heat protection spray to use on your hair, and also use certain shampoos that will sort your hair out if you have problems with dry hair after it such as hydro shampoo and hydro mask conditioner which can both be bought at any Francesco salon.
- Samuelel
None of this are good. Try and use a straightner call corioliss, it is so good u can use it and it would burn your hair as much as the other straightners. Its $114 but worth it i luv it.
Girl u need to try Gold N Hot.....it does good work
I bought a Vidal Sasoon one like 5 years ago...I drop it all the time and it still works.
When I wake up it's usually going in all different directions.

Which hair straightener is better?
Okay so I'm comparing two straighteners;
one of them my hair stylist used on me, and I loved my hair after that (GVP)
http://www.sallybeauty.com/gvp-flat-iron/a>
the other one, is a hair straightener that everybody loves.. but I've never tried it.. (CHI)
http://www.amazon.com/Farouk-CHI-Inch-Ce/a>
if you own one of these.. which is better?Which hair straightener is better?
I have bever used a GVP, but if your hairstylist has and you liked it, I think it would be the safer bet.
The CHI is an okay straightener. I find for me, that it gets too hot (theres no temp control) and my hair becomes really fried after a few uses.
Go to folica.com to read really goo reviews on hair straighteners. It helped me!
Good luck!Which hair straightener is better?
I've never tried the GVP but i love my CHI! I used to have a Sedu, and it took me about two hours to straighten my long, thick, curly hair. But when I replaced it with my CHI, it took half an hour less. If one of your friends have a CHI, ask them to use it and compare the results with the GVP.
either way, I'm sure you'll be happy with either one. Good luck!
Well I have never heard of GVP, I trust the name Chi more. But if you've already used the GVP and you like it, and its used at salons, then go for it. It seems like its a pretty good straightener. I personally used Tool Science. I love it.
if you're hair stylist told you to use one, or even recommended, i would definitely go with her, i mean you haven't been studying or working with hair for years have you?
I would look at the conair infinity. I don't even use a straightener anymore, it blow dries you hair straight! http://i.walmartimages.com/i/p/00/07/41/08/07/0007410807957_215X215.jpg
the 1 from amazon. they are good straighteners.

i trust chi:) or i would, but i think it more depends on your hair type.

Which hair straightener is better?
I can't buy a $30 one so I'm sticking with $20-.
1) Conair- http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a/a>
2) http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a/a>
I don't care if it's real ceramic or not, I can't buy a CHI straightener. If you have any suggestions, can you keep it under $20? Thanks.Which hair straightener is better?
DO NOT BUY A CONAIR!
they're straighteners DO not work.
period.
I know several people who have had this problem.
I have a Revlon ceramic once inch.
I love it.
http://www.hairstraightening.net/revhaia/a>Which hair straightener is better?
DO NOT BUY CONARI!!!!
TAKE IT from a person who knows dont buy conair.
get andis ceremic.
it works exactly like a chi but its only about 12 dollars at walmart!!
i gaurntee itll work!
I dont like the big straightners, get the conair.
I completely understand that prices matter, but it would be best to use a ceramic straightener. There are now cheaper straighteners that are still ceramic and not a Chi. In the long run it will be worth the extra money. I know it's hard, but is it worth your hair breaking off? Really think about it before you purchase a cheap straightener and no matter what you use, protect your hair from the heat first with a decent product. My fave is Goldwell Flat Marvel.
In my experiences, the 2'; ones (wider) make your hair straighter.
I would buy # 1
i dont know ive never used any of those... but i have this one and its good... a wet2straight remmington... although it advertises that you can have wet hair and straighten it, i dry my hair anyway cause its too thick to straighten from wet
http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a/a>
its 24.99
i actually have the one that has the bigger 'panels' (or whatever you wana call them) that is 27.00, but my friend has the smaller one from the link i sent you, they both work great... and they get real hot :)

or
the solia?
http://www.folica.com/Solia_Tourmalin_d1/a>Which hair straightener is better?
I haven't used the Solia, but I own the Sedu. I got it in October of '08, and it's still in perfect condition. I've dropped it more than a few times, too, hah.
It works really well. My hair is quite frizzy, and most flat irons I used didn't keep my hair smooth throughout the day. But the Sedu gets very hot, very fast. I love it. My hair stays straight and smooth the whole day. I'd definitely reccomend it.Which hair straightener is better?
I would say that the solia one would be better because of the tourmaline. but i'll make a quick suggestion, the remington wet 2 straight straightener is awesome. you can straighten your hair wet and it eliminates frizz and make hair super straight and shiny, its only like 35 dollars at longs or wal mart but its the ****.
If I was you and wanted a really good straighten around that price i would go with a chi...but between the 2 straighters i would go with the 2nd one...Happy straightner picking....

Which hair straightener should I get? GHD? Sedu?
I want to get a really nice hair straightener for Christmas, but I'm not sure which one's the best. I'm looking for something that just basically does a really good job at keeping my hair straight and does the least amount of damage. I know that no matter what there's going to be damage, but I just want to lessen the impact. I can get a great deal on a GHD, but I'm hesitant to buy because you cannot adjust the heat setting, and I know for a fact that my hair can straighten at a temp way lower than 230. Any suggestions? I guess I'll throw out there that my hair is not impossibly curly/wavy; it's fairly easy to straighten with a cheap straightener, but I really want something better.Which hair straightener should I get? GHD? Sedu?
GHD and Chi are the best.
In fact I ve heard the new GHDs have temperature control setting, go t theri website and check out.

Which hair straightener would you recommend?
For Christmas i really want to get a good straightener but with so many straighteners i dont know which one to get ( chi, GHD, Bio Ionic, Ti Creative)
I have very thick hair and my sister has very curly hair, the straightener we have now is very slow and takes up alot of time and my hair gets burned. I want something that keeps my hair still looking healthy and shiny
What would you recommend?Which hair straightener would you recommend?
GHDWhich hair straightener would you recommend?
I've been using my Remington straightener for almost 2 years now, I love it : ) It straightens my hair perfectly, without frizz and it's a wet/dry hair straightener. It leaves my hair shiny, sleek and manageable! %26amp; if your really worried about the heat w/ your hair you can buy heat prevention sprays like TRESemme Heat Tamer spray. I will post a link to the straightener and spray! Try the straightener you'll love it and it's cheap!!
the best straightener I have ever owned is made by La Angelique. It keeps my hair really shiny and soft. Even tho I have naturally pretty straight hair, all my friends who have curly hair find that it works REALLY well on them. You can find it on amazon.com or in some boutiques and there not even that pricey!
good luck!

Which hair straightener is better?(online link)?
The hair straightner is described on the web-site. I want to know if it is worth bying. It is half price and to an unexperienced eye it looks ok.
I heard tourmaline is better than ceramic.
http://www.argos.ie/static/Product/partN/a>
Or
http://www.argos.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/se/a>
Should I buy a hair straightner with curler in it? I like soft curls.Which hair straightener is better?(online link)?
Tourmaline is not nessicarely better than ceramic. Tourmaline is a mineral that is supposedly infused into the hair when using that specific product, but personally, I do not notice a difference.
Ceramic plates are good because they heat faster and more evenly. This is much better for the hair.
I looked at both straighteners, and they both look about the same width. Any straightener will curl your hair as long as it has a beveled edge, which both do.
I like the fact that the first one has more heat settings. This is good if you have fine hair. You can set it to a lower temp, still get your hair straight and do less damage.
The key is to always use a heat protectant spray when using a flat iron, and always use products targeted to your hair type.
I would go with the first one. Not only is it cheaper, but it will give you the same results as the second. Personally I use the CHI and prefer that over anything=]Which hair straightener is better?(online link)?
i think second if you want curl most but first if yoou like to experiment with crimping , straightening and curling! if you have The money then GHD'S are the best! you can get the original black ones for bout 80-120 pounds or dollars woteva!
this is the link to the ghd store:
america: http://www.ghdhair.com/us/
uk: http://www.ghdhair.com/
Hope this helps hun! x
i had the 2nd one before and it worked really good.
but you can do curls with straightners like that, you just need to turn it, like making a dent
but keep pulling and turning and you'll end up with a cute little curl
Personally nevver buy anythig of the internet. Maybe you could ask your hairdresser for some advice?

Which hair straightener to buy?
I've already decided which one i'm getting butt..
should i get the one with adjustable temperature...
OR
the one without temperature control [it goes upto 430 degrees] and is 25$-30$ CHEAPER.!
Everything else is exactt the same..
I mean does it really matter..??? I'm gonna be using TreSemme Heat Protecter.
I really cant spend too much money on a straightener.. but if the temperature thing really matters i'll have to...
I'd prefer if i didnt have to actually :\ but...Which hair straightener to buy?
I think you may be embelishing how high the temperature goes on the straightener without temperature control. If you were to use a straightener at 430 degree's to your hair it would catch on fire easily. And if it doesnt it would damage your hair super badly. My advice to you is i would go with the straightener with the Adustable temperature. That way you can find out what temperature straightens your hair the best without damaging it as much. Also may i suggest going to a salon and asking them the minimum temperature it takes to get a good straighten. That way you can buy a straightener without wasting more money than needed and less damage to your hair.
Also answering to your frizziness, again go to a salon or someplace where people cut your hair and ask them what type of straightener is good with frizziness.
And also again, No straightener can have a max temperature of 430 degree's. It is impossible. The straightener would either melt, burn you while you are holding it (the handle or wherever you hold the straightener you are getting will heat up), or it will set your hair on fire (no joke about setting your hair on fire). And think of it this way too. At 430 degree's it can melt your skin. And also if your brain reaches a temperature of like over 120 degree's you would die so if it does go up to 430 degree's the heat from your head/hair would get carried into your head and would start to heat your head up. Maybe the temperature with a straightener and a temperature like outside temperature are different but im not sure.
Also can you tell me what type of straighteners those are. I need a new one cause mine sucks. It only sucks because even when i get like a little water on my hair or even when i sweat my hair curls up again so i need one that will keep my hair straight after getting a little wet
And just incase you ask Yes im a boy and no im not gay.Which hair straightener to buy?
My straightener was about $20 at Wal Mart (or Rite Aid)
It's Conair. (About an inch wide too)
I would totally recommend getting one that you can control the temperature and all that. That way, you are less likely to fry your hair and can style it in more ways.
Try the straightener on your hair. every hair is different and if you feel cofortalbe with it and it's affordable than buy it. My friend has tis straightener that is amasing .. her hair is so straight, but when i use it my hair frizze again. Buy one that you feel confortable with
It depends on you r hair texture. If your hair is normal to fine, and not too curly then it really doesn't matter. But if your hair is super curly, or thick or super frizzy, then you'll want one with a higher temperature.

DON'T GET A SHTRAIGHTNER FROM TARGET. since when do they specialize in beauty. a cheap straightener is the worse thing you could ever get. you'd be wasting 50 dollars rather than saving them. pull out another 50 and get a chi. you can find good deals on amazon and overstock. i recommend this one.

Which hair straightener?
I like the T-studio digital one. I have that one and it is amazing! It has a little screen where you can change it to how hot you want the temperature and it will show you how hot it is getting as it heats up. Its really neat. Oh, and its pink and brown :)
Peace Out,

DON'T GET A SHTRAIGHTNER FROM TARGET. since when do they specialize in beauty. a cheap straightener is the worse thing you could ever get. you'd be wasting 50 dollars rather than saving them. pull out another 50 and get a chi. you can find good deals on amazon and overstock. i recommend this one.

Which hair straightener is better: the Instyler or the Solia Tourmaline Ceramic Iron?
Right now, I have a 2' Chi straightener but for the new school year I wanted to get a new one. I saw the Instyler on an infomercial but I researched it and it looked promising. However, my favorite hair product/tool site (folica.com) had the Solia Tourmaline Ceramic Ion Flat Iron (http://www.folica.com/Solia_Tourmalin_d1561.html) rated as the ';best ceramic flat iron'; and I wanted to know which one would be an all-around better flat iron.Which hair straightener is better: the Instyler or the Solia Tourmaline Ceramic Iron?
well. it depends on what you want. if you just want pin straight hair, you should get the Solia Iron. But if you want to do fancy flips, have mega volume and a curling iron, get the Instyler. They both do a great job for your hair.Which hair straightener is better: the Instyler or the Solia Tourmaline Ceramic Iron?
the sedu works the best out of all!! it is in folicia.com too its about $119.99

Actually GHD is the best, i've tried loads of other brands and nothing comes close to these straighteners. They have ceramic plates and even though they are pricey, they're worth it in the long run. You'll have them for years!Which hair straightener is better?

I prefer the ceramic ones, there so much better
it's better to just get a ghd.
i spent hunnnndreds of dollars on heaps of straighteners, because my mum didnt want to pay for the ghd, but we ended up spending more than the ghd cost in the long run, i ended up getting a ghd about a year ago and it's perfect.
most ceramics are good.. and black and decker isa power tool make not a straighterner make lmao

Which hair straightener should i get?
Right now i have a straightener from Vidal Sassoon. I am willing to pay up to 300 dollars for a good straightener. So what kind should i get?Which hair straightener should i get?
Definitely chi. It's amazingWhich hair straightener should i get?
I use one that I buy at Sally's beauty supply. I do it myself at home. It takes me about an hour all together.
It's by one n only curl remover. I use this to straightened the sides of my hair which are frizzy and curly.
My hair becomes straighter with this product and I don't have to use a flat iron everyday.
The cost is under $20.
by the way you don't need a license to buy this product at sally's beauty supply.

Which Hair Straightener From These Two Are Better? Im Lost.?
im a guy, and i have thin medium length hair, not long but not short. its also fine, and im shopping for a good hair straightener.

Which hair straightener is the best?
so I am trying to buy a hair straightener. Right now I want one with a swivel cord, although it doesn't have to have one. I have pretty curly hair , and a really crappy hair straightener lol. I don't straighten my hair very often...like once a month. these are the brands I am looking at...I am thinking of buying one either from Ebay or Folicia.
Sedu, Amika, Paul Mitchell or Chi.
I have used a chi before and it works pretty good but sometimes it makes my hair staticky. I live in Canada and I want it to be somewhere between 150$ or less...if you want a best answer I am picking it based on whose tried what, or what the majority is. Also what do you think the average prices are them for are. oh and I would also like to be able to make waves and possibly curls in my hair with it too...if you have a link to which one you think is the best that'd be great!
P.S. also I was thinking of getting either a 1 inch or a 1.5 inch..what one?
Thanks so much!Which hair straightener is the best?
1 inch Ultra Chi...I have tried so many brands of straighteners and this one is deffinatly worth your money...it is usually some where between 95-120$ and it works so well!
Also your hair may get static because this does it with all straighteners, if you go over it too many times with the heat it will cause static. I dont know why but it just does. mine does the same thing.
Deffinatly suggest Ultra ChiWhich hair straightener is the best?
Vidal Sasoon Answers works SO nice!!! i have naturally curly hair and it gets frizzy. my old one would leave it wavy in some parts and it wouldnt be shiny and would leave some frizz behind. my new one gets rid of that and flyaways too besides leaving it all smooth and nice and straight. :D
Chis are really nice, but my cousin(whos a hair stylist) reccomended the brand Hot Tools. Just thought I'd throw that out there! Hope I helped!

i would get 1 since it makes smaller waves
GHD's and FHI's are the best in the UK

I think the HAI or CAI are the best. They run around 100-150 and work amazing!

it works really good, but I do have wavy hair and it tames it, but I don't know if its good enough for curly hair like yours. My mom got it for me for around $30.00 but it was at TJMaxx.
I have some Paul Mitchell products and they work really well, so I wouldn't be surprised if the hair straighteners do the same great work as his other products.
I don't know any hair straighteners that can make waves and curls with them.
Hair straighteners range in price to about $200-$30 bucks. Usually around $130.

HELP!! i need help picking which hair straightener!!?
k so im getting anew hair straightener soon and i was considering the solia... this one... http://www.folica.com/Solia_Tourmalin_d1/a> and im not sure if it is worth all that money. i heard alot of good reveiws about it and some very bad ones, so i want to know from someone that has it or knows someone that has it etc. if it is worth it or not. Thanks so much for your help!HELP!! i need help picking which hair straightener!!?
I have seen this straightener before, but honestly I know nothing about it! I'm sorry :( But, I just bought an amazing new one! It's a pink straightener GVP brand (Generic Value Product) It's like the CHI but like half the price (around like $70 or so). It's been compared to the Chi, and my hair would never straighten!! I guess it depends on your hair type, but this straightener is supposed to last like 10+ years, and it also moisturizes your hair when you use it, so it doesn't get frizzy from all the heat (still use heat protectant though!). I absolutely love it :) It's a little pricey, but worth the money all the way! :D Good luck!

CHI's do not last long. They break way too easily. Don't waste your money, and don't listen to the one's that are telling you it's the best. Sedu is one of the best straighteners out there and it is only $100.
To purcase a Sedu at the cheapest price, go to Folica.com , scroll to the very top and click on Hair Styling. On the left hand side, there will be and A - Z brand list. Find Sedu, click on it, and everything else from there is self - explanitory.
For more information on a Sedu, you can go to sedubeauty.com.
Curling with a Sedu:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=k57daS_c_yI
I would also recommend using a 1 inch instead of 1 1/2 inch, because the 1 1/2 doesn't do curls very well.
It reaches 410 degrees, with tempature control if you would like a lower tempature. CHI does not have tempature control. That means if the set tempature is too high for your hair, it can fry.
Celebrities have nice hair, and they don't use CHI. They use Sedu. There is something called Sedu hairstyles on every beauty website. No CHI hairstyles right?
Never use on wet hair.
Also, on Folica.com, people can post reviews on products after they have tried them. Here are they stats on CHI:
71 people say it is 1 star (bad) out of out of 1228 total reviews.
Sedu:
24 people say it is 1 star (bad) out of 3812 total reviews.
That speaks for itself!
If your hair starts to get damaged, turn down the tempature.
Take a look at this.

Which Hair Straightener?
I would like to buy a new straightener, but I'm not sure what kind to get... Which one would you recommend? I'm kinda leaning toward the Sedu.. Which Hair Straightener?
i have a jilbere de paris straightener. i love it! even though my hair is a little bit wavy, it makes it soo silky! i love this straightener even though it can get REALLY hot so be careful with it!
its this one:http://www.sallybeauty.com/Babyliss-Porc/a>
oh and if your wondering if its gonna kill your hair, dont worry because jilbere de paris straighteners are somewhat professional.Which Hair Straightener?
I personally love CHI irons but they're very expensive. It depends on how straight you want it and how managable your hair is. Pretty much you get what you pay for when it comes down to it.
i have a jibere and its amazing! i have thick curly hair and i can straighten my hair in 15 minutes! it gets mad hot though, so be careful
I have extremely curly hair, and I've had the Sedu. It's good but its not ALL THAT. very expensive, too. My Solia gives me smoother results and its lasting me longer than my Sedu which broke after 6 months ;/
A Chi iron it also comes with the oil to keep your hair straight longer. I think just about any hair salon sells them.
CHI is amazing, but they can get pretty expensive.
The Chi is definitely the best :)
sedu's pretty good .
yup thts a gud one..revlon is good too

鈼?My Ultimate Hair Straightener Suggestion 鈼?
I have a Solia 1/4'; flat iron. It's ceramic so it prevents even more damage (you still have to apply heat protectants to your hair before straightening with any flat iron). Some people say the Solia is as good as a Sedu and a Sedu is as good as a CHI (I have never tried a Sedu or a CHI so I can't personally say it's true). I recommend you try it! If you buy the Solia from Folica.com it's only $88 compared to $120, comes with a cooling mat, and free shipping. Check out this link and read the reviews. I love the results:
http://www.folica.com/Solia_Tourmalin_d1/a>
The plate size is good for either short or long hair and the barrel is still thin enough for nice curls.
鈼?Tips 鈼?br>
To keep the life of any flat iron longer don't ever wrap the cord around the iron and after everytime you use it, clean the plates - either with flat iron wipes or a damp piece of papertowel.
鈼?Other Option 鈼?br>
If you are looking for anything much cheaper I've read the Remington wet to straight iron works well too.
Conair is not that great especially when you have thick hair because it snags but I'm not preventing you from trying their straighteners.
鈼?Hair Products 鈼?br>
Frizz-Ease Hair Serum (thermal protection) smells great and works well to protect your hair. It's also not that expensice.
Stick with repairing/hydrating shampoos and conditioners. Using a leave-in conditioner after you wash your hair is really good too.
Use a hair mask once a week. It will help keep your hair healthy.
Easy hair mask: honey and olive oil. Apply to your hair and cover with a show cap. Rinse off after 30 minutes.
Last but not least, avoid straightening everyday.Which hair straightener?
honestly, i think all hair straighteners are pretty much the same. just get one with high heat settings [unfortunately, your hair won't straighten well if the heat is too low]. and try to get a ceramic-plated hair straightener. i think that most hair straighteners are ceramic these days. i have a really cheap straightener from Conair that was around $15, and i also have a really expensive one that was given to me from a friend, which runs around $200. the only difference between them is that more expensive one works faster. but i usually end up with the same results. i just have to spend more time when using the cheaper one. but besides that, theyre honestly like the exact same. so as long as you get a ceramic hair straightener [which is good for eliminating frizz] then i think you'll be fine. dont let anybody tell you that the more expensive products work a lot better, cus they really dont. and as for products, try a heat-protective spray. there are many brands to choose from. i personally like Nexxus or TRESemme. they have good products that you just spray on right before you straighten your hair. this will minimize the damage %26amp; make your hair a little less frizzy and burnt smelling. good luck! :D
whatever you do, get a
CERAMIC STRAIGHTENER
it doesnt damage your hair AS MUCH.
and get products like Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight.
its a spray. it works nicely
also get like.. conditioning serum like Citreshine if u want or Biosilk. those are just optional.
u can get a nice ceramic straightner for cheap at like walmart or sumthing but the best ones are Corioliss and Chi and some other ones.
go to google and just look up ';best straightners'; and u'll fiind some good ones but those are expensive
i bought my corioliss for around 100 dollars. (canadian)
but the walmart ones arent that expensive.
my corioliss was totaly worth it. long lasting and works perfectly!! i couldnt live with out it
its good to invest in a really good straightner. its 100% WORTH IT! :)
happy straightner shopping :)
You can get a cheap straightener at the drug store or discount store that will work pretty well for you. The more you spend though, the better it will be.
You will want to use some sort of heat protecting spray before you use the straightener and either gel or foam for hold.
I'M 13 TOOO!!!
CHI
or you can use.. ION COLOR BRILLANCE! they both worked geat!
make sure you don't get a cheap one. like under 100$ becuase they are bad for your hair and will frye them! also to keep it staright you might like to try the HERBAL ESSANCES STRAIGHT spray. it will make your hair super straight and will hold it staright too. it also smells good also. you can find it at your local WALMART or drug store! hope i helped :D
I have a Vidal Sassoon, they're cheap, mine was $17 at Target.
I use Garnier Fructis sleek and shine melting conditioner, along with the leave in conditioner.
if you use the melting conditioner, don't use it on your roots, i realized it makes it greasy haha.

WHICH HAIR STRAIGHTENER WORKS BEST ? ?
Well i want a new straightener for Christmas but i dont know which one to get. I have naturally curly hair but every time i straighten it it seems to curl right back up. I want a straightener that can keep my hair straight for the day. I heard the CHI isn't that great, but ive never used it before so im not that sure. Any other ideas %26amp; where could i get a good straightener at? %26amp; is there any products that would work well with my hair?
Thanks :)WHICH HAIR STRAIGHTENER WORKS BEST ? ?
Actually, a CHI is a really great hair straightener. I've been using it for 2 years, and i've gone though A LOT of hair straighteners. You just have to remember to always straighten your hair when it's FULLY dry, if you try to straighten your hair when its even slightly wet, it will frizz your hair and will cause it to curl slightly at the ends. It might even damage your hair by giving it split ends. But the CHI overall is a very good straightener.. its slim shape also allows you to use it as a very efficient curler :] It keeps my hair straight until I get in the shower :} It's a little on the pricey side, but its well worth the money, I think. There are also a line of excellent CHI products that work with your CHI straightener, and it does wonders for your hair.WHICH HAIR STRAIGHTENER WORKS BEST ? ?
GHD works best in my opinion.
But it bit costly. If you are looking for bit cheaper then you should for CHI.
CHI is also one of the good brand.

Farouk CHI 1 Inch Ceramic Flat Hairstyling Iron
From CHI
Price: $87.50
Product Description
Chi Original 1'; Farouk CHI Ceramic Flat Iron Model GF-1001 The CHI can be considered
one of the most versatile Hairstyling Irons on the market today. The CHI's ergonomic
design allows the user to flip hair up or curl it under with a twist of the wrist.
The CHI is ideal for straightening and smoothing the hair while the ceramic plates seal
in natural moisture. It's great to use prior to a Dry Haircut. The ceramic coated paddles
help prevent scorching hair color and helps reduce styling product build-up. Featuring an
extra long swivel cord to prevent tangling, the CHI has a concealed on-off switch inside
the handle to prevent accidentally turning the unit off when in use. The heat paddles are
recessed from the edges to prevent skin burns. Will automatically heat up in less than 10
seconds. Temperature is preset at 150-180 degrees Celsius(302-356 degrees Fahrenheit)

do not get the chi, i've had experience with them and there completely overrated. my first one broke in 4 months, the second in less than a year. i recommend the solia (its only $80, compared to the chi which is almost 200) its a lot better and will not break, i've had it for 2 years.

Which hair straightener works best on wavy/curly hair?
costs less than 35$Which hair straightener works best on wavy/curly hair?
You are not going to get a good quality straightener for anything under probably $55. CHIs are the best, as well as any iron made of ceramic or tourmaline. Make sure you use heat protectant on your hair and use a shampoo and conditioner for heat treated hair.Which hair straightener works best on wavy/curly hair?

Turn the other cheek my friend. Leave It God, God is the great Equalizer, he will take all that's wrong with the world off your shoulders, if you just release your burden to him. God is free.
for less than $35, I really don't know. Just stay away from the wet to set ones, all they're going to do is fry your hair out. Try one with ceramic plates those tend to work the best. If you really want a good iron your going to have to spend some money, the CHI is the absolute best flat iron but it's going to run you about $100
if you need any more help just ask or visit my forum:

I would go with the Conair professional ceramic. If you didn't have the budget right there, I would say Farouk CHI, which works like a dream, but the Conair (for me) is the next after that. My natural hair is the curliest hair you ever did see, but these two do the job, and ppl think its natural. Whatever you do, ALWAYS make sure it's PURE ceramic rather than just iron, because sometimes they just make them ceramic COATED, which still causes damage.

Get a flat iron. It will do wonders!!!
You can pretty much use any ceramic flat iron. I have the Paul Mitchell ceramic iron, as well as an ISO ceramic iron. Paul Mitchell's iron will run you for atleast $ 100 but the ISO one cost me $44. Try Conair, I'm not sure how much heat is needed for your hair but usually the more professional tools will provide a higher voltage.
Now remember HAIR Product is very, very important. If your hair is medium to super thick, use a styling agent like: STR8 by RUSK, Shine On by BioSilk or Laminates by Sebastian.
Part your hair into small sections and mist (DO Not Drench or you will fry your hair) each section with one of the products above or something similar.
Then you will be silky smooth, like me....see my picture? LOL

any hair straightener will straighten your hair, but depending on how good it is, will determine how long it will stay there...you can spend heaps on really good ones called GHD..but a very good cheap one is Remingtion Ceramic Pro..i have one of these and they rock!

Ok..so my hair is really thin, but also very coarse and frizzy. It waves only in one spot, so that's why i straighten it. so which straightener would you recommend?Which hair straightener should I use??
I would recommend the Chi, yes its expensive, but its worth all the money.
I have very curly frizzy hair, and I've tried many straighteners, but Chi has to be the best.Which hair straightener should I use??

my hair is pretty straight fot the most
part but just to make it straighter i use
it it workes really good it doesnt make
your hair frizzy and it keeps your hair
straight untill the next day. its the best
so far all the celebrties use it. so then
its kinda pricy i got mine for 120 and
it was on sale but it has a lifetime woranty
also if you get one make sure its thin cuse
with all straighteners thick burnes out your
hair really bad.

Which hair straightener is better to curl and straighten for shoulder length hair?
http://www.target.com/Revlon-Dual-Edge-C/a>
or this one http://www.target.com/Revlon-Professiona/a>
which is the best for SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR?Which hair straightener is better to curl and straighten for shoulder length hair?
it would be the one with curved plates, as that would allow you to twist the ends, etc.
However, I will warn you that any straightener that does not have ceramic plates will seriously fry your hair!Which hair straightener is better to curl and straighten for shoulder length hair?
GHD's
i dunno but neither of them have good ratings...?
the first one because its smaller and it will curl better for shoulder length hair.
The length of your hair doesn't really matter. It's the type of hair you have. If you have really thick curly hair, make sure it has a high heat setting. If you have fine hair, then make sure it'll go really low. I like the first one better. It has a better shape. Those rounded edges really make a difference.
The first. It's smaller so it will work better.

Which hair straightener is better?
Bed head or Chi?Which hair straightener is better?
CHI is the best hair straightener on the market. My hair stylist told me so. It doesn't get any better than the CHI. It works on any hair type and it does wonders, it keeps hair straight.Which hair straightener is better?
Chi was amazing. It took away all the frizz and lasted almost a year.
I haven't been able to find anyone to do it again since, but almost a month ago I had the Coppola Keratin treatment done and it was unbelievable as well.
Chi is wayy better. but chi straighteners can do serious damage to your hair bc they get reallyyy hot, so make sure to use a heat protector on your hair before you straighten it! BUT..like the person said before ghd is the best! (:
i think GHD will more better .
New rounder barrel so it's even easier to create perfect curls, waves or flicks, as well as the perfect straight.
Chi. I've used Chi and it makes ur hair soft, silky smooth, and shiny.
I think that the chi is much better than the bed hed, but the GHD is much better than all of them
Chi definitely, I used Bed Head, and it made my hair stringy.
Chi!

Which hair straightener?
ok so I'm a guy who wants to straighten hsis hair(i'm not gay or emo so NO immature comments) I have really coarse, thick, anc curly hair. I want my hair to be pin straight and to go down. My friend straightened my hair once but it came out really ugly and poofed-up. here's what my hair looks like http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn317/a> So which straightener would you recommend for me? oh btw my hair is actually longer than that, it just looks shorter in that picture.Which hair straightener?
it depens on where u go to buy it..but i would get one that was small so that you coud get it close to you head to strighten your hair.Which hair straightener?
This page will help you out a lot: http://www.squidoo.com/battleofhairstrai/a>
I have tried many straighteners before and none of them really worked well with my hair until I got my CHI. I highly recommend getting a CHI straightener. They get nice and toasty hot, I believe up to 400 degrees, which is perfect for my thick wavy hair. They are just wonderful. Of course they can be a little on the pricey side but, they are totally worth it.
http://www.overstock.com/Health-Wellness/a>
This is the cheapest one I could find.
I also would recommend getting a flat iron spray use on your hair so, the heat doesn't damage it. I got my spray from Wal*Mart for about $3. %26amp; it works well.
If you want your hair to lay down, you should probably also get a pomade.
I hope I helped.
Good Luck.
You can use any hair straightness you want. ruse a Remington which has a 360 neat. you could try asking far a mails DM which could be fromabout $100 -$288
Chi,Sedu,Solia blah blah blah lol go to folica.com and take a look at the ones they have they all are really good.
why not wait tiill it grows out more
but get a very thin starightener not a thick one...
any one will be ok for you but fer real get one with thin clamps it will work bettter
If its curly, I'd try to make peace with, and accentuate the curl.
I've tried fighting my hair (which isn't much unlike yours) for all my life - and I have never found ANYTHING that is going to make it ';pin straight'; - or even lie down like someone with naturally straight hair.
The best I can do is have really frizzy straight hair - and I do that with a large curling iron hair dryer by conair and lots of frizz serum.
I hate to say it, but guys aren't cut out to handle all the effort of trying to make themselves look differently than they were born....
Which is lucky - because they usually have nice hair anyhow, and you dont have to despise what nature has given you - as so many women do.
Good Luck
get a chi
or
if you have really short hair get the maxius miniglide so you dont burn your scalp

I had a wet to straight too and trust me it ruins your hair. The CHI is the best choice. it works the best and its best for your hair. it's more expensive but it's worth it! make sure you get the one with the tempature variance thing so you can change the heat level!!
i've heard that those bed head straighteners are crap. i own the wet to straight and it fried my hair. definitely go with the chi.
Get a GHD,they're are def the best straightners and they'll never let you down! Some can be expensive but try this website: www.TopAbuy.com, they sell wholesale so they're cheaper. Hope that helps!

I've heard Farouk CHI make great hair straighteners, but a lot of them apparently break after a while. Try a BabyLiss Pro Nano Titanium 1 or 1 1/2 inch, they have excellent reviews and are very reliable.
Also I don't know if you can get them where you live, but try looking for a brand called Kodo. Fantastic brand.
I use the CHI and it works amazingly. It even curls hair if you do it right! If you want the pin straight and sleek look, I'd go with that one.
my friend has a kiyoseki straightner and it seems to work pretty good and she has really thick curly hair as well

Which hair Straightener is best?
i really need a good one because i have really thick and curly hair please help thanksWhich hair Straightener is best?
I heard Chi is really good.Which hair Straightener is best?
no not a ghd for your hair type. it wont be much diff from chi so why spend the extra $
If your hair is really thick, chi might be good because it could do a job at a fixed low temp, thus doing your hair a service bc other straighteners will have you have to crank the temp. up higher. This is why I recommend chi to thick haired people, bc. of that. Why use a straightener that will require like 400 or more degrees when a chi will use it at the 360 or 370 ( i dont remember) that is a BIG diff. a matter of a couple degrees does make a BIG diff to the damage you do to your hair.
but I have fine hair ha ha so chi was not for me.
if you like something with tourmaline, go with sedu i am thinking of people with hair type like you.
for me and the every day look I want, the fhi was for me...I am interested in sedu, ghd and probably solia now too
GHD's!!
Best thing you will ever buy,
they work thee best, honestly!
even after i dropped my 3 year old pair i even payed another hundred quid jst tp buy another pair.
they heat up fast and do the BEST job!
you WILL notice the difference if you have used other striaghtners before hand!
http://www.folica.com/BaByliss_PRO_Na_r2/a>
I have extremely thick and curly hair! I've tried CHI, Sedu, and ISO, and so far this one is the best. I borrowed it from my friend for a week and I fell in love with it! That's why I'm gonna buy it tomorrow:)! lol
Any high heat ceramic straightener.
My mom has thick curly hair and my straightener worked on her. i have a ceramic pro which is expensive but there are cheaper alternatives
i use a rusk, they are great straighteners and wont damage your hair. they heat up very fast and you can control the temp.
