Which hair straightener should i get?

my hair is thick and wavy....the one i have now is a conair ergonomic one and i dont like it because it curls the ends-no matter what i do. i want help because i dont want to spend a lot of money on one just to find out that it sucks. PLEASE help me!

I love my straightener, and I have the same hair type as you- thick and wavy. I have a ceramic Chi straightener, and I'd be lost without it. Ask your stylist, they can reccomend quality brands.Which hair straightener should i get?
Hey Im a hairdresser and i can guarantee the best straightener without a doubt is the GHD trust me it does miracles! and iv used heaps!
i have the chi straightner too, its the best and i have really thick curly hair.
if you want one that works really well, you might have to spend a good deal of money. i use the Chi and im really happy with it, but it is kind of expensive. what i do is go to a beauty supply place with someone who has their beauty license and pick out a straightener. people with beauty licenses always get a discount on any supplies like that, so that is probably your best bet. hope i could help!
DO NOT GET A CHI. They are very poor in quality. I have had 3 already! They are so fragile and are NOT worth the money!!! They break in so many different ways. Get a Solia. You can purchase one at Folica.com. It works just as well as a Chi and it is cheaper, it is also more sturdy. Trust me do not get a Chi it will be a big mistake.
