Which hair straightener is the best?

I have really thick hair, but its not coarse. it's pretty curly, but not enough to curl the way i would like....i would rather wear it straight.Which hair straightener is the best?
Chi is the best... i had the same problem as you but know i love my Chi. You can get them at your beauty salon for aroung 100 dollars. No matter what iron you get be sure to use a thermal spray.Which hair straightener is the best?
Maxi Glide
THE BEST THING TO DO IS GET YOUR HAIR DEEP CONDITION AND ROLLERSET BUY YOUR SELF A CERAMIC STRAIGHTEN IRON MAKE SURE THE CURLER IS CERAMIC SO IT DOES NOT BURN THE HAIR AND TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM ANY TYPE OF PERM BECAUSE WHEN YOU WANT A DIFFRENT LOOK SUCH AS A COLOR OR STRIKE TO THE HAIR U WILL HAVE TO WAIT FROM THE HAIR TO GROW ABOUT 2 TO 3 INCHES BEFORE THE PROCESS SO BE GOOD TO YOUR HAIR AND TRY TO BE NATURAL A GUY OR A GIRL CAN TRULY APPREICATE A TRUE BEAUTY
I have a ceramic hot tool one i got at a hair salon in the mall. Its aout 50$, I know that sounds alot, but its worth it bc it works really good. Gets real hot so it dont take too long and I dont know what I would do without it!
CHI baby.
THE CHI. by far. it's amazing.
the wet2dry ones are awesome. but, they work a lot better with dry hair....
honey you don't have to use a straighter there is this thing called a flat iron that will straighten your hair with out you having to even use a straightener. You should try it I have one it's made by Golden Hot that brand is the best to me.You should invest in a set for yourself you won't be sorry TRY it then you will see what I'm talking about.Good Luck with straightening you hair; peace
the best straightener wolud b maxiglide or Conair......
Ok, you have to trust me on this. This is the BEST straightner ever, I LIVE by it. Everyone one that I have used it on has gone out and bought one of their own (and by 'everyone' i mean everyone). It works perfectly on any time of hair.

It's called a Maxi-Glide.

Heres a link to the main site for it:

Here's a link to Bed, Bath, %26amp; Beyond (where it's mainly sold):

I got mine at Bed, Bath, %26amp; Beyond for $79.99, which is less expensive that getting it online at Maxius Beauty.

Hope I helped!!
GHD is the best hair straightener on the market.

cost = around $180 us
Ceramic ones are really good. I use a Conair one. It was about 15 dollars and it gets the job done. But I had naturally straight-ish hair. One of my friends had curly hair and used a Revlon one that was only 20 dollars and kept her hair straight all day and even the next day. Good luck. :]
Go to a beauty supply shop, they know what will be good with your type of hair, Be ready to pay anywhere from hundred to two hundred dollars for a good one. I bought a couple from discount stores for like thirty dollars and they burn your hair real bad after a while so I gave up on those and spent more money, but what a difference it made for my hair. Luv it.
When you go to a salon.
