Which hair straighteners are better, Chi or Solia?

I have been looking at reviews on the internet, but I can't decide between getting Chi straighteners (Original 1'; CHI) or Solia straighteners (Tourmaline Ceramic Ion).



Please help! Which do you think is better?Which hair straighteners are better, Chi or Solia?
A chi completely ruined my hair. I've never used a solia, but I have to say based on my experience that a solia must be better than a chi.Which hair straighteners are better, Chi or Solia?
My friend has a CHI and I have used it multiple times. It does a pretty good job. But I adore my Solia Tourmaline Ceramic. I have extremely curly hair and it's rather long and the Solia does a fantastic job and always leaves my hair smooth and straight. It even stays straight in the rain.

I would say Chi, I have really course hair, and when I used one of the Chi's it made my hair super soft and straight. :)
